Purchase Method

Please use our online shopping to complete your order or purchases.

Payment Method

You may pay either by direct bank transfer, Debit / Credit Card, PayPal or cash on delivery.

For direct bank transfers via the ATM or Internet banking, we will notify you separately of our bank account information once we receive your order. For this service, please select the ‘Direct bank transfer’ option before you place your order. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

We also accept online payment via the online payment systems such as Stripe and PayPal. With PayPal, you may pay with your Debit / Credit Card if you do not have a PayPal account. Simply select either ‘Credit Card (Stripe)’ or ‘PayPal’ if you chose to pay by Debit / Credit Card or just select ‘PayPal’ if you have a PayPal account.

Our cash on delivery option, lets you have the freedom of choosing to pay cash when your order is delivered. In addition, you may decide whether you want to undertake a self pickup of your order or you want us to deliver your order (subject to a small fee).

Delivery Options

For local home or business deliveries, you have the option of choosing to deliver your order by selecting ‘SingPost (Registered) Mail’ or a ‘Local Courier’ service from the ‘Shipping’ option.

SingPost (Registered) Mail

With SingPost, the delivery of your order is expected to reach you within 2-5 working days after placement of your online order. Only in exceptional circumstances it may take longer than 2-5 working days. The maximum size of the package is a Standard Large Mail – Registered with a maximum weight of 2kg. A confirmation of delivery together with the registration number will be emailed to you once the delivery is processed by SingPost.

Local Courier

The local courier service is available from Monday to Saturday, 9.00am until 8.00pm (except on public holidays). The local courier service endeavours to deliver your order the next working day after the receipt of your order made before 12.00pm. However, you may encounter a 2-5 working day delay in circumstances where bad weather, traffic and a delivery backlog during public holidays may prevail. A confirmation of delivery together with a tracking number will be emailed to you once the delivery is processed by the local courier service.

Local Pickup

Please click the radio button ‘Local Pickup’ under ‘Shipping’, if you wish you pickup your order at our location during the operating hours below. We only accept cash payments for the local pickup service.

GST

All purchases are subject to a GST of 7%.

9am to 1pm, 2pm to 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holiday).

International Orders

Payment Method

You have only two options for payment as an international customer, i.e. Debit / Credit Card or PayPal.

Paying by Debit / Credit Card, simply select ‘Credit Card (Stripe)’ under the payment method in the Checkout page. You may also use PayPal and use your Debit /Credit Card to make the payment even though you do have a PayPal account. Please be warned that there maybe a difference in exchange rates between Stripe and PayPal.

If you have a PayPal account, then you would select the ‘PayPal’ radio button under the payment method of the Checkout page.

For international customers, it is not advisable to select the ‘Direct bank transfer’ payment method as there may be other charges and hidden fees incurred e.g. cable/telex charges, transfer fees, handling commission, agent charges, bank-to-bank transfers fees imposed by the banks involved.

Shipping Options

For international shipping, you may opt to choose to deliver your order by either selecting ‘SingPost (Registered) Mail’, ‘FedEx International Economy’ or ‘ FedEx International Priority ‘ service from the ‘Shipping’ option.

SingPost Registered Article (Overseas)

SingPost is the local postal service in Singapore.  A Registered Article is a Sign-For service that requires a signature on delivery for most destinations.  It is a lower cost and reliable option to courier services.  However, the weight is limited to 2kg and below and delivery times are between 3 to 14 working days.  A Registered Article does not provide detailed online tracking capability as it is not mandatory for registered items to be scanned at every stage of the delivery process be it for local or overseas delivery.  Loss of the Registered Article, the maximum liability is limited to Singapore Dollars Sixty-Eight (S$68.00) per package or the declared value of the item, whichever is lower.

FedEx International Economy

You may decide to use a faster shipping option such as this one. The delivery period for customers in:

  • Asia is 2-4 working days
  • U.S. is 3 working days
  • Europe is 3-4 working days

FedEx International Priority

This is the quickest delivery option we offer; however, this option is by far the most expensive. The delivery period is 1-3 working days, worldwide.

Freight Forwarder

If you require, we could arrange to get your order picked up by your preferred freight forwarder based in Singapore. In which case, all transactions will be between you and your freight forwarder. Please email us at sales@consultiv8.com if you would like exercise this option, before placement off the order.

Taxes and Import Duties

International shipping charges are not inclusive any custom and excise duties, taxes and other fees imposed by your country’s customs authority.

You are responsible – if any – for paying any local GST, VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for receiving goods outside your own country. We do not collect any monies upfront, and cannot provide you an estimate of the cost as charges vary from country-to-country.

As an international customer, please do your research to ensure there are no hidden charges when clearing your package through customs. This exercise will help you get an idea of what additional costs may be incurred, if any.

If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please contact your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.

If you fail to pay any of these charges, your package will be held at your local custom authority and will not be delivered to you. Hence, we shall not be liable if the package is not delivered due to it being held at the local custom authority. In this case, we are not liable to refund you for your purchase and shipping costs.

Payment Notification

An email notification – whether payment was successful or not – will be sent out once your order has been confirmed and payment has been made.

Debit / Credit Card Details

We do not hold any of your Debit / Credit information or other of your personal or your bank details in our databases, PayPal and Stripe do. Payment through these platforms are completely non-transparent to us. Please check out their privacy policies below:

Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order, if you notify us within 6 hours prior of us having processed your order and prepared for shipment. Any cancellation outside this period cannot be considered because of logistic reasons and costs relating to preparing your order may have already been incurred prior to you notifying us.
